Ok let me be straight, I am talking about the well known TV show Top Gear. And this time I will discuss about the controversies it had.
So here we go with few much discussed controversies of Top Gear concerning Jeremy Clarkson, presenter of the show.
Jeremy Clarkson Vs Gordon Brown- Can you believe that about five months back, Jeremy called Brown a “one-eyed Scottish idiot”, for which he did even apologize. But last month he did something bigger than the previous one, he called him a “c***”.
I was shocked when I came to know this. I mean how can he say like that?
Anyways, lets come to other controversy which is Jeremy Clarkson Vs conservationists- I remember, few years back when Jeremy blew his own horn of being the first who drive a vehicle to the summit of Ben Tongue (a highland peak near Inverness, Scotland), he was showed driving his huge 4×4 over heather and bogland. And this was enough to begin a controversy for the conservationists, and they exactly did so.
Jeremy Clarkson Vs Gordon Brown (again) – When Jeremy was on an official tour to Australia, he was criticized a lot by NIBP (National Institute of Blind People) and MPs for mocking on Gordon Brown. But still he didn’t stopped there and when the PM completed his speech on the country’s economy, he said, “It’s the first time I’ve ever seen a world leader admit we really are in deep s**t. I think he genuinely looked terrified. Poor man, he’s actually seen the books. But we do have a one-eyed Scottish idiot who keeps telling us everything’s fine and he’s saved the world and we know he’s lying, but he’s smooth at telling us.”
